Shipping Policy

Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery options and costs

  • Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2 business days, £2.99. Free on orders £25.00 and over.
  • Next Day (DPD): 1 business day, £5.99.
  • Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not order date.
  • We currently ship within the UK only.

Tracking your order

  • A tracking link is included in your dispatch email.
  • If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact us at hello@weareozen.com.

Delays

  • We aren't liable for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.
  • If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help chase it.

Incorrect address

  • Please check your delivery details at checkout.
  • We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

Damaged or lost parcels

  • Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is damaged or missing.
