Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery options and costs
- Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2 business days, £2.99. Free on orders £25.00 and over.
- Next Day (DPD): 1 business day, £5.99.
- Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not order date.
- We currently ship within the UK only.
Tracking your order
- A tracking link is included in your dispatch email.

Delays
- We aren't liable for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.
- If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help chase it.
Incorrect address
- Please check your delivery details at checkout.
- We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
Damaged or lost parcels
- Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is damaged or missing.
